Exchange and Return Policy
**If By Chance Your Item Doesn't Fit, Contact Us With In 24 Hours From You Receiving It According To Your Tracking Number, To Be Considered For An Exchange or Store Credit!**
- THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON ANY ITEMS. ONLY EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER SIZE/DESIGN; OR A STORE CREDIT MAY BE ISSUED FOR A FUTURE ORDER.
- For an Exchange - Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original labels and tags attached. It Can Not Have Deodorant Stains, Sweat Stains, Make-Up Stains, Animal Hair, or Smell Like Cologne, Body Odor, or Smoke.
- NO Returns/Exchanges on: Customized Orders, Underwear, Pants, Accessories or Torso Body Harness, They cannot be returned or exchanged because it’s a personal under garment and that’s just gross! You would not want to receive an item someone else wore and sweated in neither.
- Sale and Clearance items are not eligible for a exchange or refund if you change your mind.
- We Aren't Responsible Lost Packages. Packages Are Sent With Out a signature upon arrival. You may request to add have a signature required upon arrival at checkout.
- You are responsible for Any Costs associated with returning the item to us if it is a Return/Exchange. As well as the Costs for having the exchanged item be sent back to you.
>If you need it back in +/- 10 Business Days then the cost will be $8.00
>If you need it back in 2-3 Business Days then the cost will be $35.00
>If you need it back in 1 Business Day then the cost will be $60.00

- If You would like to exchange your item please let us know if you would like for us to create a return label, or if you will be sending the item back yourself. If you send the item back yourself, once we receive your order, then we can ship out your exchanged item.
- If your return/exchange does not meet our requirements, you will not be issued a refund/exchange and/or need to purchase a new item(s).

Receive A Faulty or Wrong Item?
If something is faulty or incorrectly described or different from the sample shown (first of all, we are very sorry, this is our fault sometimes mistakes happen) we will happily provide a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase. We will send out a New Perfected Item along with a Return Label to Send Back the faulty item to us.
